I exposed my aunt's & cousins in SC to GBC a couple years ago & they didn't last long. So recently their bdays came up. 1 aunt's bday was a day after our cruise we just went on while the other was home alone (she broke her hip the day before her sister came home, unbeknownst to her/anyone) & her bday was 2 weeks later. I couldn't be there for either of their bdays but I knew a gooey butter cake for each of them would make things a little better. My aunt that broke her hip said if my golden doodle was there (she is convinced he's human & is enamored with him) it would've been the best...i agree but it was probably the meds talking. lol. ty so much for providing this service. sorry for the commentary that's more like a small novel

As a first-time customer, I had to adjust to a "gummy" not gooey recipe. Or is it an overnight shipping issue?
I wish it had been gooey butter COFFE Cake. That's what I remember from Pheiffer's Bakery. But it was good.
The cake tasted good but was pretty small compared to other bakeries we go to in person.
