Overview This website is operated by Straub’s Markets. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Straub’s. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Availability: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as a working grocery market, inventory can fluctuate rapidly. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region.

  • Variable Weights: For items sold by weight (such as steaks, chops, or deli items), the weight listed on the website is an approximation. While we strive for accuracy, the actual product you receive may vary slightly in weight.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping & Perishable Goods

  • Perishable Shipments: You acknowledge that many of our products are perishable. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Straub’s is not responsible for spoilage or damage due to missed deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages left unattended.
  • Shipping Schedule: We typically ship perishable items Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness.

5. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

6. Third-Party Links Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as Instacart or local delivery partners). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
