We believe our best candidates come from our best employees. Our formal Employee Referral Program is designed to reward you for helping us grow our family.

How it Works:

  • Current employees can refer a candidate by submitting a form to HR.
  • If the referral is hired and remains in good standing, referring employee will receive a $100 gift card after they complete 3 months of employment.
  • Referring employee will receive another $100 gift card after they complete 6 months of employment.
