When Saint Louis celebrates they mark the occasion with a Miss Hulling's Old-fashioned Split Layer Cake! This delicious Saint Louis tradition is available exclusively at Straub's Bakery. Layer after layer of the delicious taste you remember.

We charge $25 dollars for the cake and $55 for shipping. We freeze the cake and ship it by UPS Next Day. We do qualify this purchase by saying when it leaves our warehouse it is packaged tightly and frozen. If there are shipping issues with UPS and it takes longer or is handled roughly the icing can stick to the packaging and the layers can become separated. Most of our customers do not mind and have been known to eat it straight from the box! But if the cake is for presentation purposes we must give this warning.
