On June 22, Steven Raichlen visited our Straub's store in Clayton, Missouri. He led a short discussion on ribs (which is the focus of his newest book, Raichlen on Ribs, Ribs, Outrageous Ribs) followed by a question & answer session. Fans then had the opportunity to get autographs, pictures, and tips from the master griller. Attendees were treated to ribs (cooked with Raichlen's own BBQ sauces) and beer (donated by Schlafly Brewery in St. Louis).

Raichlen is an award-winning author, journalist, cooking teacher, and TV host. His best-selling Barbecue Bible cookbook series has sold over 3 million copies. He also hosts the television show Barbecue University which airs on PBS.
