Q: What are your most popular online products?
A: Our most popular online products are Blues Hog Barbecue Sauces, Cherith Valley Gardens Mango Lime Salsa, and Miss Hulling's Cakes.

Q: Do you offer a corporate volume discount?

Q: Is it possible to order something that is not on the website but I know is available at your store?
A: We carry a number of items that are available to order but are not shown on our website. To place an order for these items, you may call 866.725.2121 ext. 12.

Q: Can I make a substitution in my gift basket?
A: Yes, you can substitute any item in a gift basket. To do so, please call our Gift Department at 866.725.2121 ext. 12.

Q: Can I send a gift to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other foreign address?
A: Most of our products may be shipped to all 50 states. However, due to the perishability of certain products, some items may not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii by regular shipping. No we cannot ship to Canada at this time.

Q: Can I send a gift to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands?
A: No we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands at this time. We apologize for any inconvience.

Q: Can I have an exact delivery date?
A: All packages are shipped via UPS. There is a range of days that it takes a package to travel across the country to different locations. For items shipped UPS Ground, UPS cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date, and so in turn neither can we. If you need an item to arrive at a more specific time, we do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping options. To view the price differences, see our SHIPPING INFORMATION page.

Q: Will my order come all in one box?
A: Your order might be packed in separate boxes to preserve product integrity. Occassionally, items ordered together may not be shipped together, as we want your products to arrive in perfect condition.
